Page McGovern (he/him) is a ceramic artist based in Pennsylvania. His research focuses on concepts related to his identity as a neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, chronically ill individual. Page investigates mental and physical struggles through the creation of surreal creatures, combining familiarity and discomfort. Raised in Upstate New York, Page has acquired an M.S. in Geoenvironmental Science & Sustainability (2025), B.S. in Geoenvironmental Science with a Marine Science minor (2024), and a B.A. in Art (2024) from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
Alongside being an artist, Page is an environmental scientist who specializes in geology and sedimentology. Combining both his love for art and science, Page explores the intersection of science and art through his artwork, experimenting with native clay and glaze compositions.
